Anxiety- what do we do with it?
I started thinking about Anxiety this week when my parents took home their brand new puppy Roxy.The first day we took her home she was TERRIFIED! Shaking, whining, weeing and when I put her down she froze with fear. I can honestly say it was really hard to watch her and not be able to take away her fear and anxiety. Being ready for counselling
As I glanced at the daffodils I had bought four days earlier I was disappointed to find they had not managed to come to full bloom. Some of them had tried to come out and died round the edges, others had curled up and most disappointingly many had not come out at all. As I thought about this I recognised two things. 1.
